How to Delete a Gift

  1. Login to your Eleo database and navigate to Gifts > Gifts/Credits.


  1. Search for the gift that you would like to remove and click on it.


  1. Click on the Delete button and then click 'OK' to confirm that you want to proceed.

Important: There is no 'Undo' button in Eleo. We strongly recommend ensuring that you want to move forward with this action, or clicking 'Cancel' if you do not want to delete this gift from your database, as it will change your fundraising totals.
