How to Create End-of-Year Letters via Email

To send end-of-year letters via email, you must have an account with Mailchimp or Constant Contact and set up an integration with one of these platforms in Eleo first.


  1. Follow our guide on How to Create an Email Mailing.

    Depending on which email marketing platform you're integrated with, follow our guides on 'How to Use the Mailchimp Integration' or the one on the 'Constant Contact Integration'.

  2. Instead of clicking 'Send to MailChimp' or 'Send to Constant Contact' though, click on the Data File (.CSV) option under the Generate dropdown. You will use this exported file to upload it into either Mailchimp or Constant Contact and follow their instructions to complete an email type merge and then send out the emails from there when you are ready.
