How to Use the Support Icon

To access our support resources, our Support Icon is accessible to you from any screen in Eleo so that you can review what is available to you and your organization.

  1. Click on the Support Icon (the one that looks like a headset) that's located on each screen in the upper right-hand corner of your database.

  1. Contact Support: Easily contact our Support Team. We are open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

        • Chat with us using our beacon icon located on the bottom left-hand side of Eleo
        • Call us at 1-(844)-676-3536
        • If you contact us outside of business hours, we will return your voicemail or email as soon as we return to the office.
