- Click on the Support Icon (the one that looks like a headset) that's located on each screen in the upper right-hand corner of your database.
- Contact Support: Easily contact our Support Team. We are open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

- Chat with us using our beacon icon located on the bottom left-hand side of Eleo
- Call us at 1-(844)-676-3536
- If you contact us outside of business hours, we will return your voicemail or email as soon as we return to the office.
