How to Apply a Membership Payment

Before adding a membership payment, you must have an existing membership in your database. If you need help, refer to our guides How to Add a Membership or How to Renew a Membership.


  1. Select the Memberships tab in the left navigation bar, then use the Membership Search to find the membership you want to apply a payment to. Click on it to open the membership record.


  1. Scroll down to the Membership Payments section and click the green Add Payment button.


  1. Enter the necessary payment details, then click Save in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
