How to Apply a Membership Payment
Before adding a membership payment, you must have an existing membership in your database. If you need help, refer to our guides How to Add a Membership or How to Renew a Membership.
- Select the Memberships tab in the left navigation bar, then use the Membership Search to find the membership you want to apply a payment to. Click on it to open the membership record.
- Scroll down to the Membership Payments section and click the green Add Payment button.
- Enter the necessary payment details, then click Save in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
