How to Create a $0 Membership for Tracking Purposes

There may be times when you need to keep track of a membership for someone who did not actually make the payment themselves (e.g. an organizational membership – Organization ABC buys a membership for Joe Staff and Sally Staff).

How to create in Eleo:

1. Navigate to Settings, then select Site Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Memberships section and click Membership Types.

3. Click Add Membership Type.

4. Fill in the Membership Type details, ensuring all required fields (*) are completed. You may want to name this Membership Type something like 'Additional Organizational Member’. Once finished, click Save.

You can now use this Membership Type in the Membership Module. 🎉
