Manage Gift Settings
Site Settings is where you can customize your database. Gift Settings allows you to manage Campaigns, Funds, Appeals, and Appeal Categories, set thank-you letter requirements, and configure defaults.
Click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, and then on Site Settings.
Click on 'Gifts' in the 'Jump to' menu at the top of the page. Or scroll down to Gift Settings.
- Use the pencil icon to modify the field(s) needed.
- To learn more about these options, read our guides on 'How to Add a Campaign', 'How to Add a Fund', 'How to Add an Appeal', and 'How to Add an Appeal Category' which you can find at the bottom of this article.
- You may select a default option under the Default Selections dropdown area corresponding with a specific Gift Setting too. This will pre-select a value when you go to add a donation into your database.
- Please be sure to click on 'Save' to keep the changes that you implemented, which will bring you back to your Site Settings. These available options will now be reflected on the gift screen in your database when you are adding a new gift or editing an existing one.
