Manage Your Web Forms Options

Settings is the back end of your Eleo database, where you can manage and adjust system preferences. Within Site Settings, you can customize the front-end experience for your organization and constituents.

The Web Form Options section gives you additional tools to tailor and manage your Eleo forms.


  1. To access these settings, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of your Eleo database, then select Site Settings.


  1. In the Jump To Menu, choose Integrations.

  1. Then click on Gateway Providers. This is where your Credit Card Settings are.


  1. Under Web Form Options, you can decide whether to allow constituents to cover the processing fees on your web forms. This can help offset transaction costs for your organization.
    1. Use the toggle next to Allow Web Forms to Cover Processing Fees to turn this feature on.
    2. Choose whether you’d like the fee to be covered as a Percentage or a Flat Rate.
    3. Enter the value you want applied.
    4. When finished, click Save at the bottom.


Note: Even after enabling this setting here, you’ll still need to turn it on within the specific web form for the option to appear.
