Manage Your Web Forms Options
Settings is the back-end of your database. Site Settings allows you to maintain and customize the front-end system. The Web Forms Options is the area where you can determine additional customization related to your Eleo Forms.
- Click on the profile icon, which represents your Settings, in the upper right-hand corner of your screen in your Eleo database, and then on Site Settings.
- Scroll down to the Credit Card Settings section and locate the Web Forms Options area.
- Under Web Forms Options, determine:
- If you would like your constituents to have the option to cover the processing fees on your Web Forms, and if so, at a percentage or flat rate amount.
- You may set this up using the toggle by 'Allow Web-Forms to Cover Processing Fees'.
- If you toggle it on, select Percentage or Flat Rate and enter the value that you decide on.
- You may set this up using the toggle by 'Allow Web-Forms to Cover Processing Fees'.
- If you would like to toggle on or off for 'Warn User if System Detects Duplicate Transaction'. We recommend having this on turned on, but it is up to your nonprofit.
- If you would like your constituents to have the option to cover the processing fees on your Web Forms, and if so, at a percentage or flat rate amount.
- When you are satisfied with your changes, scroll further and click on 'Save' in this section.
