Manage Your Web Forms Options

Settings is the back-end of your database. Site Settings allows you to maintain and customize the front-end system.  The Web Forms Options is the area where you can determine additional customization related to your Eleo Forms.

  1. Click on the profile icon, which represents your Settings, in the upper right-hand corner of your screen in your Eleo database, and then on Site Settings.


  1. Scroll down to the Credit Card Settings section and locate the Web Forms Options area.

  1. Under Web Forms Options, determine:
    1. If you would like your constituents to have the option to cover the processing fees on your Web Forms, and if so, at a percentage or flat rate amount.
      1. You may set this up using the toggle by 'Allow Web-Forms to Cover Processing Fees'.
        1. If you toggle it on, select Percentage or Flat Rate and enter the value that you decide on.
    2. If you would like to toggle on or off for 'Warn User if System Detects Duplicate Transaction'. We recommend having this on turned on, but it is up to your nonprofit.

  1. When you are satisfied with your changes, scroll further and click on 'Save' in this section.
