Settings for the Contacts Duplicates Check
"Settings" is the back-end of your database. Site Settings allow you to maintain and customize the front-end system. The Contacts Duplicates Check is the area where you can determine which fields you can match on and by how many characters, in order to save you time and avoid the need for additional database clean-up later on..
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen in your Eleo database, and then on Site Settings.
- Scroll down to the Contacts Duplicates Check section.
- Review the available options and toggle them on/off as you wish. Click 'Save' when you are ready. There is a 'Reset to Defaults' option if you ever wish to restore the options back to their original settings, specifically for the Contacts Duplicate Check.
