Applying a Full Payment for an Event Activity Reservation

1. Click on the Events Module, which is located in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your database.
   1. The Events Search is available for you to use to search for a specific event in your account that already exists. Click on the one that you wish to add an Activity Reservation to.
      1. If you need assistance with adding a new event, please visit our guide on 'How to Use the Events Module' for this step-by-step process.
   2. Ensure that you first have at least one Activity setup and at least one participant in the Participants tab of your Event Module. Click on the Participants tab.

2. Click on the corresponding participant that you want to add an Activity Reservation Payment to. There should already be an Activity Reservation Payment for this participant. If you haven't taken these steps already, please read our guide on 'How to Add an Activity Reservation'.

• Scroll to the Activity Reservation Payments section and click on 'Add Activity Payment'.

• This will bring you to the gift screen. If you are unfamiliar with this, please read our guide on 'How to Manually Add a Gift'.

• Once you have entered your gift information, click on 'Save'. Anything with a red asterisk (*) is required, while everything else is optional.

Applying a Partial Event Activity Reservation Payment

There may be times you need to split an Event Activity Payment, or enter a partial amount. You are able to do this, but you will need to manually change the Gift Amount as it will default to the full amount. You MUST also change the amount in the Applied, to match the gift amount you are adding. Then you can Save.

You should see the Balance update accordingly for this activity reservation.
