How to Add a New Contact as a Participant in an Event

  1. Click on the Events Module, which is located in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your database.
    1. The Event Search is available for you to use in order to search for a specific event in your account that already exists. Click on the one to which you wish to add a participant.
        1. If you need assistance with adding a new event, please visit our guide on 'How to Use the Events Module' for a step-by-step process.

  1. Click on the Participants tab.

  1. Click on 'Add Participant' and then on the 'Create' button.

  1. Add a new contact to your database. You may reference the guide on 'How to Manually Add a Contact' if needed. Any field with a red asterisk (*) in Eleo is required, while all others are optional. Please make sure to click on 'Save' when you're ready. This will add the new contact as a participant to this tab of your event in the Events Module.
