How to Add a Contact List to Participants in an Event

  1. Click on the Events Module, which is located in the navigation bar in the left hand-side of your database.
    1. The Events Search is available for you to use in order to search for a specific event in your account that already exists. Click on the one to which you wish to add participants in bulk.
        1. If you need assistance with adding a new event, please visit our guide on 'How to Use the Events Module' for a step-by-step process.

  1. Click on the Participants tab.

  1. Click on 'Add Participant'.
    1. Under the Contact List dropdown, select the existing one to which you would like to add contacts in bulk to the Participants tab of this event. If you have not already created a Contact List, please read our guides on 'How to Create a Dynamic Contact List' and 'How to Create a Static Contact List'.
    2. Next, click on 'Add Contact(s)' and then on 'OK' to confirm that you would like those who are on your Contact List to be added to your Participants tab. Please note: if you already had contacts listed in this tab, the ones on your Contact List will be added in addition to those.
