Click on the Events Module, which is located in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your database.
The Events Search is available for you to use to search for a specific event in your account that already exists. Click on the one that you wish to track event attendance for a specific activity. If you need assistance with adding a new event, please visit our guide on 'How to Use the Events Module' for a step-by-step process.
Click on the 'Activities' tab.
Click on the activity for which you want to enter attendance and ensure that the 'Track Attendance' toggle is turned on. If it is not, switch it to active and click 'Save'.
Next, click on 'Back to Activities'.
At least one participant in your Participants tab needs to have an Activity Reservation (and an Activity Reservation Payment if it's not a free Activity) associated with an Activity for you to be able to track attendance. Please refer to our guides on 'How to Add an Activity Reservation' and 'How to Apply an Activity Reservation Payment' for step-by-step processes.
Once you have at least one participant associated with your Activity, make sure you are in the Activities tab. You should then see a clickable ticket icon where you can enter attendance.
On the Track Activity Attendance screen, under the 'Attended?' column, use the checkboxes to check off who attended this Activity (e.g. tickets, sponsorships, golf foursomes, etc.) and be sure to click on 'Save' when you're finished.
