EleoPay: How to Set Up Notifications

EleoPay can notify you when specified activities occur or updates are available. These include:

  • A payment that has been received
  • A refund has been processed
  • A transaction has failed
  • A scheduled payment has been processed
  • A weekly summary every Saturday

To set up notifications, follow these steps in your EleoPay Portal:

  1. Select Settings from the navigation bar.
  2. Click Notifications.
  3. Choose the actions you want to receive notifications for.
  4. Enter the email address(es) that should receive the notifications.
  5. Click Save.
