How to Add a Document to a Contact Record

Documents can be uploaded into the Contact, Event, and Grant Modules.


Step-by-step instructions on how to upload a document:


  1. Click the Contacts Module, which is located in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your database.


  1. Choose the Contact Record.


  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Contact Record to the Documents section and click ‘Add Document’.


  1. Choose the file that you need, then click open.


The document is now a part of the contact record! The icons can be used to either delete (trash can icon) the document or download (downward arrow icon).
