How to Add a Document to a Contact Record
Documents can be uploaded into the Contact, Event, and Grant Modules.
Step-by-step instructions on how to upload a document:
- Click the Contacts Module, which is located in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your database.
- Choose the Contact Record.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Contact Record to the Documents section and click ‘Add Document’.
- Choose the file that you need, then click open.
The document is now a part of the contact record! The icons can be used to either delete (trash can icon) the document or download (downward arrow icon).
