How to Delete a Pledge Payment

1. On the left-hand side of your database, select Pledges from the Gifts module.

2. Select the pledge from which you would like to delete a payment.

3. Identify the payment you would like to delete and click 'View Payment'.

4. On the next screen, click Delete then OK from the popup.

5. You have successfully delete a payment from this pledge.

How to Delete a Pledge

To delete the pledge, follow sets 1 & 2 above.

1. In the upper right-hand corner, select 'Write-off'.

2. Click OK in the popup.

3. You have successfully deleted the pledge. The payment that has been made remains, however, all subsequent payments have been deleted from the contact. If you would like to delete that gift, follow instructions above.
