Eleo Billing Information
Eleo's pricing is based on the number of contact records in your database each month. We offer a flexible monthly subscription with no contracts! For more details, visit the pricing page on our website.
Note: Monthly subscription charges are processed on the 1st business day of each month. The charges will appear on your credit card statement from Community Software Solutions (our parent company). We recommend visiting our Eleo Billing Terms & Conditions for more information.
1. To view your payment details, make changes, or access and print invoices for your Eleo billing, click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Site Settings.
2. In the Jump To Menu, select Billing.
3. Then select Billing Information.
- You will see a screen like this with your current billing details.
Press Update to change the card expiration date, billing name or address.
Press Replace to add a completely new payment method and billing details.
Under the Billing History, you will find all previous invoices for Eleo. You may click a row to download that invoice.
