How to Create a Thank You Letter Template
1. From the main navigation on the left-hand side, choose Mailings.
2. Then, select Letter under Add/Edit Templates.
3. Click on Add Template on the top right.
NOTE: The Template Type that you choose will affect which type of fields that you are able to add in the letter. The ‘Thank You’ template will provide contact and gift fields as options.
4. Enter the Template Name and make sure to select "Thank You" as the Template Type. Adding a description is optional. Be sure the toggle is on "Active" so the template is ready to use.
- Next, write your letter. You can adjust text using the toolbar (Ex. font, size, bold, italic, underline, justification, etc.). Add the fields from the left that you would like to include in the letter.
New Feature! You can now enhance your letter template by adding logos, signature files, or other images!

- Once you are done, select Save on the top right.
