LYBUNT/SYBUNT Report

The LYBUNT/SYBUNT Report refers to a report that shows donors who gave Last Year But Unfortunately Not This (LYBUNT) or Some Year But Unfortunately Not This (SYBUNT). You can find this report by going to Reports > Donor Retention Reports > LYBUNT/SYBUNT Report.

You will see this screen when you select the report. You will need to specify the two time periods:

• The Donation Period (period of time the donor donated) - Choose ‘Last Calendar Year’ if you want a LYBUNT or any other option if you want a SYBUNT

• No Donation Period (period of time the donor did not donate) – Choose ‘Current Calendar Year’ if you want a LYBUNT or SYBUNT, OR any other option for a custom giving/non giving report

If you would like, you may choose a specific Donation Amount or Donation Date Range, Campaign, Fund, Appeal, Appeal Category, and the Payment Types to include in the report. Once you have made all of your selections, you may View the report and download it to a PDF file, XLS (Excel), or CSV file.

From the Report itself, you can download to Excel or Add to Favorite reports.
