Adding Social Media Links to Your Web Form Emails

In Eleo 2.0, the web form confirmation email message uses plain text formatting, which means HTML code and images (including social media icons) are not supported.

If you’d like to include social media links in your confirmation emails, you can simply type them directly into the message. Most email programs automatically recognize full URLs and make them clickable for your donors.

Tip: To keep your message neat and easy to read, consider using link shorteners such as bit.ly or TinyURL.

If you’d like to display social media icons, you can include them on your confirmation page or website instead as those areas support full formatting and links.
