How to Receive the Nonprofit Rate through Stripe

For all payments made through the Eleo platform, the processing solution used is EleoPay powered by Stripe.


Stripe offers a discounted processing fee for qualifying nonprofit organizations. In order to receive this discount, Stripe requires that you email nonprofit@stripe.com with the following information:


  1. Your EIN, or a letter from the IRS designating your 501(c)(3) status
  2. Confirmation of the primary email address associated with your Stripe account
  3. Confirmation that grater than 80% of your payment volume will be tax deductible donations
