How to Multi-Select Items (CTRL / CMD)

In several areas of Eleo, you can select more than one item at a time by using your keyboard while clicking.

How multi-select works

• Windows: Hold Ctrl while clicking each item you want to select
• Mac: Hold Cmd while clicking each item you want to select

This lets you choose multiple individual items, even if they aren’t next to each other.

Where this applies

Multi-select is supported in areas such as:

• Mail Merge field selection
• Reports
• Custom Report Fields

Multi-select is available in some areas of the platform, but not everywhere.

Selecting a range of items

If the items are listed in order, you may also be able to select a group all at once:

1. Click the first item
2. Hold Shift
3. Click the last item

All items between the first and last selection will be included.
