User Status: Pending

  • Pending means a user attempted and failed to login.   
  • Pending status happens on the first unsuccessful attempt. 
  • A user has 5 attempts to correctly log in.  If they are unsuccessful for a 5th time, the username will be locked out.

Once locked out, the user or administrator must contact Eleo Support to be unlocked.  The locked out status is not reset on it’s own after a certain amount of time.
