‘Reply to’ Validity Messages

When setting up your 'Reply to' email in settings, your email address will be verified. Here are the messages that you may receive when setting up and what you can do for each.


  1. Message displayed - 'Email Verified'.
  • Risk score of 65-100% is verified and is available as a 'Reply to' email as expected.

  1. Message displayed - 'This email address has a low verification score. Please confirm spelling before continuing'.
  • Risk score of 30-64% - the email will not be added immediately. There will be a popup with two buttons.
    • Button 1 - 'Confirmed. The email address is correct'.
    • Button 2 - 'Cancel'. This will allow you to go back and edit email to resubmit.

  1. Message displayed - ''This email address could not be verified or may pose a security risk. Please enter another email'.
  • Risk score of 0-29% - email will not be accepted with this score. Please enter another email address.
