MFA Enforcement Policy: Eleo uses Twilio for this security feature. Configure your organization's security posture in your Site Settings. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication to require a secondary verification step for all users on this account. Once enabled, users will be prompted to configure their preferred delivery method in their User Settings.


  1. Navigate to Site Settings from the settings dropdown.

  1. Find then toggle on the 'Require Multi-Factor Authentication (for all users) option. Then click 'Save'.

MFA Verification Preferences Secure your account by choosing your preferred verification channel.

SMS: Receive a verification code via text message.

Voice Call: Receive an automated call with your verification code.

Email: Receive a verification code sent to an email address.

These settings will be used whenever an MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) challenge is issued for your account.


  1. Navigate to User Settings from the settings dropdown.

  1. You will be asked whether you would like to receive a text, email or voice call to get your code.

  1. For this example I chose text. In this case you will enter your phone number to receive your code. You will enter your phone number for voice call, as well. If you chose email, you will be prompted to enter your email address.

The text you will receive with your code:


  1. Enter the code then click 'Verify'.

  1. You will now be taken to the login screen where you will be prompted to have a code sent to your phone via text. Whichever option you chose during setup (text, email or voice call) will be the way you receive your code to login.

  1. Enter the code that you received then click 'Verify'. You can click the box to remember the device you are on for 30 days if you wish.
