How to Connect your Stripe Account to EleoPay Powered by Stripe
NOTE: This process may look different, depending on if you are already have your Stripe credentials saved in your browser.
1. Click on Settings > Site Settings
2. Scroll down to the Integrations section. Click on Gateway Providers.
3. Click Connect Existing Stripe Account or Create New Account.
4. You will be prompted to log into your Stripe account. Enter your email.
NOTE: If you already have your Stripe credentials saved in your browser, then you can select the account from the list and click Connect. Jump to Step 11 of this guide.
5. Enter your password for Stripe. Click Submit and then verify your login.
6. Select the appropriate account and click Connect.
7. Next, it will ask if you want to link this account. Make sure the account is selected and click Continue. A popup will appear, letting you know this action can’t be reversed. Click Continue.
8. The next page is regarding Stripe’s Climate Commitment. Fill this out based on how you want to proceed or click No Thanks.
9. The final page is regarding tax calculation. This section will not apply to your organization. Click Not Right Now.
10. Review your account details. Click Agree and Submit. You will then be redirected back to your Eleo database.
11. Click on the radio button next to "EleoPay powered by Stripe" and scroll down to click Save. TIP: Also click "Opt in to Apple Pay" to have Apple Pay as an added payment method on your Web Forms.
And that is it! You have successfully linked your existing Stripe account to EleoPay, Powered by Stripe! 😊
