How to Split an Event Activity Payment

If you ever need to split and event activity reservation payment, follow these steps:


  1. Go to Events in the main navigation.


  1. Click the name of the event you want to add a payment to.

    3.  Click on the Participants tab.

    4. Click the name of the participant you wish to add a payment to.

    5. This will open up their Participant Details. Click on the Add Activity Payment button.


  1. This will open up a gift screen for that activity payment.

    7. Fill out the details as you normally would.

    Important: In the Apply to Unpaid Event Activities section at the bottom, update the Applied amount to match the amount of this gift.

    In this example, change the applied amount to $500 to match the gift amount.

    When finished, click Save.



Note: If you don’t update the Applied amount to match when applying a partial payment, you’ll see this message:

Simply adjust the amount, and you’re good to go!
