What is EleoPay?

EleoPay is Eleo’s built-in payment processor, powered by Stripe. It allows organizations to process payments directly within Eleo using Stripe’s infrastructure, while giving Eleo’s Support Team visibility to assist with transactions when needed.


Launch Date: November 5, 2025

EleoPay is now the official payment processor for Eleo.


Accepted Payment Types

Organizations can accept the following through Eleo Web Forms:

  • Credit Cards
  • ACH (Bank Transfers)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Amazon Pay

Processing Rates

  • Credit Cards: 2.5% + $0.30 per transaction
  • ACH: 0.8% per transaction (capped at $5) + 0.3% program fee

Connecting to EleoPay

EleoPay connects to your Stripe account directly within your Eleo Database:


Go to:

Site Settings → Integrations → Gateway Providers


From there, you can either:


If You Already Have a Stripe Account Connected to Eleo

You must authorize EleoPay to connect to your existing Stripe account.


Once authorized:

  • Only one Stripe connection can be active at a time.
  • All transactions will process through EleoPay.
  • No interruption to active web forms.


Important: Prior to November 5, 2025,  your existing Stripe connection continued processing transactions. After launch in Eleo 2.0, EleoPay became the active processor.


If You Do NOT Have a Stripe Account

You can apply for EleoPay (Stripe) directly inside Eleo:

Site Settings → Integrations → Gateway Providers → Begin Stripe Account Onboarding


If You’re Not the Stripe Account Owner

The person who manages your organization’s Stripe login must complete the authorization. Forward integration instructions or have them contact Eleo Support for assistance.


Feature Availability

All EleoPay features are available immediately upon successful connection.
