Remember the Difference
The easiest way to think about DAF activity is:
Donor → recommends → DAF Sponsor → grants to → Nonprofit
In Eleo:
Donor = Contact
Nonprofit = Client/Database
DAF Grant = Gift
DAF Grant Recommendation = DAF Soft Credit
