Here are some items you may need to do:


Settings

☐ Adjust user roles for staff



Communications

☐ Update your letter templates with a logo/image/signature file

☐ Re-create Contact Lists


Reports

☐ Re-create Saved Reports

☐ Re-create Favorite Reports


Integrations

☐ Connect integrations you may have:

  • DonorSearch
  • QuickBooks
  • Payment Processor (Stripe or EleoPay)
  • MailChimp
  • Constant Contact


Web Forms

☐ Re-create Web Forms


Miscellaneous

☐ Add matching gifts

☐ Set up task or calendar items you may need

☐ Note that in 1.0, "Deceased" was a checkbox; now it is a Contact Status. It also should be listed under the Summary field on the Contact record.


Transferred Data

☐ Complete the Data Transfer Review Checklist to confirm that all your data transferred correctly from the Eleo 1.0 database.
